As I mentioned yesterday, I will offer my thoughts on the COGOP "Emergency Bylaws" meeting for Friday. Overall, I believe at least 13 of the 17 have nothing to do with COVID-19 environment. The others are debatable. Only 2 of the 17 can I say "Yes" to. Amazing arrogance that the "Emergency Bylaws" will replace the actual Bylaws until Dec 2020. Determine who "requested" these changes; I'm guessing at least one county in the south:( But again, a con game in motion that most of the SCC will have no clue on. See below and share to others if warranted. "Never let a crisis go to waste".

COGOP "Emergency" Bylaws Vote ("Emergency" driven by "Corona Virus")

Number Anil Recommends to Vote Anil's Reasoning
No Bylaw not needed. Sunsetting this change until the end of 2020, when all county or district "assemblies/convention" finish by mid year, is not appropriate. Sunset to end of June 2020.
No Bylaw change not needed. What quorum requirements were there before assemblies/conventions other than "those credentialed in present"? Then on the back end you request a quorum of 3.
Yes This requirement should have never been a bylaw in the first place.
No Bylaw request ripe for internal corruption. Opposed outright!
No Bylaw not needed! We continue with the corrupt proxy nonsense that RINOs usually use and then we are demanding "to know the voting instructions" of the proxy holder from the person giving the proxy.
Yes None
No All nominations from the floor. (Or virtual floor, as the case may be.)  This is basically locking out anyone not filed in advance. Wrong indeed!
No Eliminate alternates?  (Meetings held online can accomodate alternates.)
No (On principle,) Will not support government dictating to a private party what it can do and by when.
No All contests final at their assemblies unless corrupt activity took place.
No Will not support government dictating to a private party what it can do and by when.
No 3 day notice is not sufficient
No (On principle,) Will not support government dictating to a private party what it can do and by when.
No Barring alternates from State Convention? Are we nuts?
No Power grab. Will not support government dictating to a private party what it can do and by when.
No "Emergency Bylaws" replace COGOP Bylaws. What?! Its like our Constitution is cancelled.
No None
