On Tuesday, October 7th, I and BCR Vice Chairman Bob Reeves participated in the Boulder County Elections Logic and Accuracy Test (LAT).  I later received a notice from the clerk that we had forgotten to swear me in as an election judge.  The clerk's office sent me a DocuSign email, but I am planning to head to their office now to sign the document and admit this official addendum.  I have also attached a Declaration by the Boulder County Republicans demanding honest elections and a chart that shows how elections are supposed to be conducted.  Elections are not government functions, they are the method by which We the People create a Government OF the People.

The documents I plan to deliver (links here, documents below)

Attention Boulder County Clerk Molly Fitzpatrick,

Please accept this document as an OFFICIAL ADDENDUM to Peg Cage’s signature on the completed Logic and Accuracy Test (LAT) conducted by the Boulder County Clerk and staff on October 7th, 2025.

My signature on the LAT does not equal approval of or confidence in the accuracy of the entire election system in use by Boulder County’s elections department.  It simply signifies that each of the tests completed in that very well-run TEST setting followed state statutes and produced the expected TEST results.

I would like to go on record that the TEST cannot prove the election equipment will continue to have the same integrity during the election or attain the stated goal on the clerk’s September 30, 2025, press release:

The test ensures voting system equipment properly tabulates votes. Each type of ballot and all ballot styles will be tested to verify they are properly printed and read by the scanning equipment. The test will also confirm that scanning equipment settings are properly calibrated for the ballots.

The equipment used by the county clerk was DESIGNED to facilitate fraud in elections.  https://rumble.com/v6zg9u8-sworn-testimony-of-the-venezuelan-smartmatic-whistleblower.html

Dell computers used in the election were made in China, which is a national security threat, and some were ordered with a Dell DW1820 dual-band Bluetooth/Wi-Fi network card, which can be turned on for just a second, by a remote signal or reprogramming, and download or upload data, and/or change the configuration of the voting system.

The cast vote records which are supposed to be a permanent record of each vote cast on each ballot can be manipulated and even manipulated again after 5 years of having been public records.  https://mycoloradogop.org/499-arapahoe-election-law-violations-articles

Boulder County Republicans have refused to certify most of the county’s elections since 2012, mostly because each voter’s eligibility cannot be verified with mail ballots.  https://mycoloradogop.org/96-bcr-canvass-2020

Considering that the current elected officials have been “elected” using this system, it is fair for the electorate to doubt the intent of the laws they have made which perpetuate government-run elections and remove the parties’ and citizens’ authority over elections, and over the REPRESENTATIVES they “elect.”  Boulder County Republicans Demand Honest Elections.  https://mycoloradogop.org/506-bcr-demands-honest-elections  The Declaration and Honest Elections chart from this article are also attached to this addendum.

Our “elected” Secretary of State has been adversarial to people and organizations who request changes to help make the election processes provide verifiably correct results, even though each complaint was followed with an offer to help correct the problem.  https://mycoloradogop.org/470-2024-sos-beac-comments

The County Clerk is currently being sued by Bill DeOreo, a former Republican candidate, for refusing to provide adequate surveillance systems for the remote 24-hour ballot drop boxes.  Like they have done with his former complaints about this, we expect their reply will be that the cameras comply with the letter of the law.  Again, the complaint was followed by suggestions for fixes.  https://mycoloradogop.org/510-deoreo-s-pro-se-complaint-against-boulder-clerk

This letter could go on and on with proof that the current election process is flawed by design and should not be trusted to produce honest election results, but I believe I have made my point.  The Boulder County Republicans, as always, stand ready to help facilitate honest elections.

Sincerely,

RedSignature

Peg Cage, Chairman Boulder County Republicans.

DECLARATION: BOULDER COUNTY COLORADO REPUBLICANS DEMAND HONEST ELECTIONS.
By the authority vested in me as the elected Chairman of the Boulder County Republicans (BCR), along with other elected officials in this county party and many constituents we represent, I, Peg Cage, do hereby DEMAND HONEST ELECTIONS.  Recently, the President of the United States made a major decision against Colorado due to the “corrupt elections” here.   It’s time for the parties to regain control.

The parties, not the government, conduct elections.  According to Colorado state statutes, my duty in partisan elections on behalf of the County Republican Party is to certify to the county clerk a list of people to represent BCR as election judges and watchers.  They are legally responsible for conducting and watching the election process in a bipartisan fashion along with Democrats, minor party members and unaffiliated electors.  I am also responsible for appointing canvass board members who, along with their counterparts from the Boulder Democrat Party and the clerk, verify, and if possible certify, elections.  Boulder County Republicans’ canvass board members have consistently refused to certify the county’s elections since 2012, mostly because the eligibility of electors cannot be verified in mail ballot elections.

County Clerk and Recorders and the Secretary of State are partisan elected officials who represent the values of the party to which they are affiliated.  Their job titles describe their responsibilities for the administrative duties necessary to keep the county or state records and organize elections.

The criteria BCR expect our elected officials to abide by as they facilitate elections are as follows:

  1. A verifiable chain of custody from ballot paper and printing through completion of required storage.
  2. Each elector with photo proof of eligibility and citizenship is given the opportunity to vote once.
  3. No ineligible ballots are allowed to be cast. Individual voters, not clerks, “cast” ballots.
  4. Ineligible votes are identified and never counted.
  5. Every eligible vote is interpreted and counted, correctly, once.
  6. All election records and processes are transparent.
  7. Every cast ballot and cast vote is anonymous and was voted in secret.

Acknowledging the failure of parties and their elected officials to keep the legacy of honest elections due to decades of infiltration, corruption, manipulation, miseducation, and gaslighting by nefarious individuals, no fault could be laid on the electorate apathetically conceding to questionable elections.  But we are no longer complacent.  In 2024, BCR and six other Colorado county’s GOP canvass board members refused to certify.  It’s time for us to immediately pursue a concerted effort to provide our constituents with verifiably honest elections.  Please see supporting documents at MyColoradoGOP.org.

Sincerely, Peg Cage Chairman Boulder County Republicans
