The following is a letter from Peg Cage to the Republican County Chairmen, which gives a quick overview of why I believe their Canvass Board Members should not certify the 2021 election:

Dear Colorado Republican County Chairmen,
Here I am again, banging the Election Integrity Drum.
The 2020 elections are still in doubt, (https://mycoloradogop.org/92-colorado-s-2020-elections-not-certifiable), and the fact that the same people, equipment, and systems used for 2020 were used again in 2021 should be enough to convince every county’s Canvass Board Members to not sign to certify this election. If we continue to simply certify their fraudulent elections when we have the authority to make them prove that the elections aren’t fraudulent, then who will stop them from continuing with the fraud? Furthermore, who will then stop them from fraudulently “electing” more dictators rather than representatives? Our job as Republicans is to elect OUR candidates, who will follow our platform and principles, into government offices. If Republicans don’t demand integrity in every step of the election process, then Republicans won’t be elected, and the tyranny will grow.
Now that the 2021 Coordinated Election is wrapping up, you and your Canvass Board Members have the honor and responsibility of verifying your county’s elections. You are the Citizen’s representatives in the election process. I believe that it is up to the Canvass Boards to verify that the people have voted in an election which reflects the following criteria:
1. Every eligible elector is given the opportunity to vote once.
2. No ineligible ballots are cast.
3. No ineligible votes are counted.
4. Every eligible vote is interpreted and counted once.
5. All election records and processes are transparent.
6. Every cast ballot and cast vote is anonymous.
Over the last decade, Boulder County Republicans Canvass Board Members have refused to certify 9 of 12 partisan elections because they don’t believe our current election processes can provide confidence that those criteria have been met. https://mycoloradogop.org/96-history-bcr-canvass-2020

Canvass Board Meetings are the final step in Colorado’s election process. During those meetings, the County Clerks must prove to the citizen’s representatives that the election was conducted with integrity. Certification of the election is the goal and has become the expectation, whether proof can be provided or not. As a subtle way of demeaning the authority of the Canvass Board members and intimidating them into signing, some clerks now impose their expectation on our representatives by renaming the Canvass Meeting and calling it the “Signing Off Meeting.” We must reclaim our authority and refuse to certify this 2021 rendition of their long-running fraudulent elections.

Why should we “Pray the 2021 election isn’t certified?”
Because not certifying would give the citizen’s representatives a chance to officially reject the fraudulent election system that has resulted in corrupt and tyrannical government. It would also empower the Patriots fighting the fraudulent 2020 elections. The more counties without fully certified elections, the greater the chance of forcing a return to elections with integrity.
Will the Colorado 2021 Coordinated election be overturned or repeated if it’s not certified?
We’re not delusional (but we are open to miracles!). Election laws and processes have been so perverted by fraudulently elected legislators, SOS’s and Clerks, that those "elected" officials have ruled that election fraud isn’t really illegal anymore.
Then what will happen if we don’t certify?
If the citizens reject their fraudulent elections, the county clerks will throw a fit. The clerks have come to expect that they won't be held accountable. Just look at some of the past reports from Clerk Hillary Hall. The Colorado County Clerk’s Association Executive Director is the highly compromised Matt Crane, former “Republican” Arapahoe County Clerk. The CCCA’s President is Weld County Clerk Carly Koppes, one of the GOP clerks who defended Colorado’s “Gold Standard” elections in 2020, when REAL Republicans were asking for forensic audits. There was one County Clerk who did her job and preserved a copy of her office’s Dominion server because she suspected that an upcoming "system update" conducted by the Colorado Secretary of State’s office could alter or destroy election data. For that, Clerk Tina Peters from Mesa County has had her paid membership to the Colorado County Clerk's Association revoked, was forcibly sidelined from her elected position, and now faces expensive lawsuits and even prison. Has a Canvass Board refused to certify before? Yes, Boulder County Republicans refused to fully certify 9 of 12 partisan elections since 2010. (There are no records on the Boulder County website before 2010.) You can see all Boulder election reports HERE.

Colorado's elections haven't been verifiable for years. Because of that, Boulder County GOP refused to fully certify 9 of 12 past partisan elections!
It’s a well-kept secret, but it’s not over ‘til the citizens sign! The 2021 Colorado Coordinated Elections are not over! The county Canvass Board Meetings – where representatives of Colorado’s citizens review and verify the integrity of the elections – have yet to convene, meaning that the elections have not yet been certified. The integrity of the 2020 elections is still in question. In good conscience, can the 2021 elections, conducted by the same people and using the same processes and machines as in 2020, be certified? Think about it - up to this point in each election, government officials control the process by which government officials are established. Now it's our turn to control!
It's time to stand behind OUR Canvass Board Members and help them stop the election fraud.

Step 1.
PRAY. We don't usually know who our Canvass Board Members are, but GOD does! They'll need wisdom, strength, and boldness.
Step 2.
GET THE WORD OUT! Canvass Boards will meet before Thanksgiving! Help them help us! Make your own memes or USE OURS.
Contact your County Republican Party and ask them to get the message to their concerned Canvass Members to REFUSE TO CERTIFY the 2021 election! Since 2021 was a “non-partisan” election, Party Chairmen may not have appointed the Board members as they do in an even-year partisan election, but they could help you get the word to your representatives on the Canvass Board. Step 3.
Help your Canvass Board Members! They will be going up against people who have no intention of agreeing that the integrity of the election is questionable. Step 4.
Join or start and grow a group of Patriots in your neighborhood and use the tools at www.GovernmentOFthePeople.us to stop election fraud, then replace the GOP, the Good Ol’boys Party, using the caucus and assembly process to create a Government OF the People (us!).
There is much wrong in the world today and none of us can fix it all, but all of us can fix something. We are at war. Without violence, we can engage the enemy and advance our cause (or choose to remain inconsequential).
TAKING BACK CONTROL OF OUR ELECTIONS IS JOB ONE.
If enough counties refuse to certify, then we're in uncharted territory. Ideally, the election could be voided. If this election is voided, (or at least hotly contested) then the case against the 2020 election and electronic poll books and black-box electronic election equipment grows. We can do this! We must!
