Subject: Elected GOP County Officers And Appointed Canvass Board Members – Doing their part for election integrity
Two Chairman-appointed Audit and Canvass Board members from each major party and the County Clerk make up the Canvass Board in each county. The deadline for the County Canvass Board meetings is Wednesday, November 25th.
CANVASS BOARD DUTIES
The canvass board’s duties are to conduct the canvass in accordance with section 1-10-101.5, C.R.S., including:
1. Account and balance the election;
2. Reconcile the number of ballots counted to the number of ballots cast;
3. Reconcile the number of ballots cast to the number of voters who voted by reviewing the reconciled detailed ballot logs and Statement of ballots; and
4. Certify the official abstract of votes.
[Section 1-10-101.5, C.R.S and Election Rule 10.3.]
WORDING OF CERTIFICATE: (Example is Boulder County 2016)
BOULDER COUNTY ELECTIONS
RE: Certification of Boulder County 2016 General Election Canvass Board for Boulder County have completed the duties required, as detailed in 8 CCR 15-1 Rule 10.2.2 and 10.6.
And, in accordance with C.R.S. 1-10-101.5(c), we, the undersigned members of Canvass Board, do herby certify that the number of ballots counted in the November 8 General Election do not exceed the number of ballots cast in this election, as shown in the attached Statement of Vote.
We further certify that the attached Statement of Vote is a true and accurate listing of the results for the 2016 General Election held in Boulder County on Tuesday, November 8, 2016.
The Boulder County Republicans did not certify the 2016 Election. See:

The Boulder County's Election Integrity Team states that the The County Clerk’s definition of Canvass Board's Duties can be fulfilled, and that the Party’s Canvass members can CERIFY that the election for government representatives of We the People has been conducted with integrity, if the County Clerk can prove the following six criteria:
1. Every eligible elector is given the opportunity to vote once.
2. No ineligible ballots are cast.
3. No ineligible votes are counted.
4. Every eligible vote is interpreted and counted once.
5. All election records and processes are transparent.
6. Every cast ballot and cast vote is anonymous.
Colorado Republicans represent the Party whose roots are in the mandate to "Keep the Republic." Therefore, it is our responsibility to VERIFY that the election in Colorado was conducted in a way we can certify compliance to each of the 6 points above.
Can we certify that the “Statement of Vote is a true and accurate listing of the results for the 2020 General Election” when criteria numbers 2. and 3. are being challenged in court by the Judicial watch lawsuit against the Colorado Secretary of State? (Duties number 1.)
Judicial Watch has asked the court to declare that Colorado and its Secretary of State are violating the NVRA and to order them to “develop and implement a general program that makes a reasonable effort to remove the registrations of ineligible registrants from the voter rolls in Colorado …”
“It is a direct threat to free and fair elections that with record numbers of mail-in ballots this cycle, over half of Colorado counties have more people registered to vote than are eligible to register,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “With its inaction, Colorado has failed its citizens and opened itself up to potentially be the victim of massive voter fraud.”
Further, can we certify that the “Statement of Vote is a true and accurate listing of the results for the 2020 General Election” when criteria numbers 2., 3., 4., and 5. are being challenged by Sidney Powell and President Trump’s lawyers in regard to the systems used in Colorado’s elections?

LINKS: ELECTION INTEGRITY VS. ELECTION FRAUD
Monica Palmer, the Chairman of the Wayne County Board of Canvassers, gives a press conference to explain why she rescinded her certification of her county’s election. She describes the responsibilities of a canvass board member towards the people in her county.
Important for Canvass Board members:
The Boulder County Republican’s Audit board team did not certify the 2020 audit:
Boulder County Republicans know that Boulder County's elections have had a lack of integrity for nearly two decades. Most elections during that time have not been unanimously certified because BCR members refused to sign. This brings into question that Colorado’s elections are the “Gold Standard.”
Articles from Boulder County Republicans, BCR Canvass Board members, and others. Included are reports from the many past elections which BCR refused to certify.
On Nov. 19, 2020, Sidney Powell took part in a Trump Campaign Press Conference with Jenna Ellis and Rudy Giuliani. They claimed proof of election fraud throughout America on a scale large enough to overturn the decisive win that President Trump had on election night.
