To Whom It May Concern:
It is currently November 5, 2024, approximately 6:34 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. The 2024 general election polls close at 7:00 p.m. tonight. No matter the declared outcome of this election, I believe the County’s Canvass Board members should refuse to certify the results. Colorado’s elections have been compromised and not certifiable since at least 2012, meaning that every current sitting “elected” government official was elected through a questionable process.

The process has degraded since then due to SOS rule making and legislative changes, yet the Secretary of State has been adversarial to every citizen who questioned their process or tried to help create a verifiable and auditable process. https://mycoloradogop.org/470-2024-sos-beac-comments
The Colorado Secretary of State allowed BIOS passwords for 34 of Colorado’s 64 Counties to be present on their website for at least a week. Retired Air Force Colonel Shawn Smith testified yesterday that foreign actors daily watch for website changes that could provide access for them to hack our critical infrastructure, which our election systems are. If there have been changes to election devices made due to access gained by using a BIOS password, there would be no record of that access or what has been done.
The Secretary of State said there are paper ballots for every vote in Colorado. Yet they asked the Judge to deny the Libertarian Party of Colorado their request to hand count those ballots, and the Judge complied.
It was illegal to record the hearing. Ashe Epp gave a great blow by blow: https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1853530961071231455.html
